Use it toward tuition, merch, private lessons, or future workshops!

💌 What Counts as an Ad?

• 📣 Business advertisements (great for local salons, restaurants, photographers, etc.)

• 💖 Family shout-outs (think: “We’re so proud of you, Ruby! Love, Nana & Papa”)

• 🩰 Student feature pages (highlight your dancer with a photo & message!)

📥 How to Submit:

1. Pick up Program Ad Order Forms From Front Desk 
   (Make sure all info is filled out clearly—one form per ad!)

2. Collect Payment at Time of Submission
   Payment can be made by:

• Cash or Check (Payable to Elegance In Motion LLC)

• Credit/Debit at the front desk

• Venmo: @EIMdancestudio – Include dancer’s name, business name & “Program Ad” in the notes

1. Turn in All Completed Forms + Payment
   Submit to the front desk or email forms to:

   All entries must be received by May 17 to count toward the competition!

✅ To Be Eligible:

• Forms must be submitted with payment

• Ads must be fully complete and readable

• One student per form—no sharing tallies!
